Isola Nova del Tronchetto is a mooring structure designed for trading vessels (equipped with 262 berths) to be assigned by means of a special competitive tendering procedure reserved for the following types of watercraft:
- motorised vessels for the carriage of passengers, used for non-scheduled public taxi services and rental services provided with a designated pilot
- motorised vessels for the carriage of goods for hire or reward and towing
- motorised vessels licensed to transport persons or goods on own account
Monthly season tickets are also planned
The facility also provides berths for vessels belonging to water space concession holders whose rights have been revoked by the Municipality of Venice.
AUTHORIZED ACCESS
Access to the facility is restricted to individuals authorised or delegated by the owners of the boats, subject to the signing of the relevant contract.
CONTRACT SIGNING PROCEDURE 
The contract is signed - by appointment (which can be scheduled by telephone at +39 041/27.22.358) - at the AVM S.p.A. premises on Isola Nova del Tronchetto 33 - Venice (the entrance is at street number 32)
ANNUAL SEASON TICKET RATES
- A (approximate surface area of 60 square metres)   
- B (approximate surface area of 43 square metres)   
- C (approximate surface area of 113 square metres)  
- D (approximate surface area of 28 square metres)   

These rates are subject to an automatic system of readjustment on a two-yearly basis, applying 100% of the ISTAT index calculated for the Province of Venice, effective January 1 of all odd-numbered years (rounded up to the next greater unit)

*including any structure added to the hull, specifically for all vessels with outboard engines, the measurement from the point to the propeller has to be reported above the water, with the engine in the upright position, which is common practice when station-keeping this type of unit.
