The AVM S.p.A. City Parking Garage is the largest parking facility available in Piazzale Roma (the automotive terminal which provides the most convenient and immediate access to the historic centre of Venice).
The waterbus stops of all waterborne public transport routes (AVM/Actv) are located only a few metres from the garage, making it easy to travel to every part of the city, including the islands of the lagoon.

OPENING HOURS AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
OPENING HOURS: the garage is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
payment of the transit fee must be completed before collecting the vehicle by presenting the garage entry ticket to the parking payment office.
In the case of invoice requests, the staff at the parking garage office must be notified in advance before payment is made.

RESERVATION
The 24h reservations are made online (credit card payment) no later than 12 midnight of the day preceding the date of arrival.
A reservation entitles the holder to priority admission, which is granted with the use of the left-hand fast lane.

Reservations for groups with at least 10 vehicles must be requested using the webform 15 days before the planned date of use. This type of reservation is available for conferences, conventions, and forums and it requires providing relevant documentation to determine its relevance. The requesting party will receive confirmation of availability and must pay in advance by credit card, which is non-refundable.

Valid for 24 hours (which cannot be divided).
Single daily rate valid for 24 hours (which cannot be divided): € 35.00. Reservations are recommended to be certain of securing a parking space.
Reservations are made online (with advance credit card payment) no later than 12.00 midnight of the day preceding the date of arrival.
It guarantees access to the garage using the fast lane.
Clients are advised to lock their vehicles and avoid leaving any objects inside them.

For parking stops that exceed the time slot indicated above, standard transit rates apply.
This rate will not be charged on the occasion of the Festa del Redentore and on December 31.

in possession of the corresponding unified European disabled parking permit (CUDE) issued by law, which must be presented at the entrance to the garage in order to receive the following special rates:

Parking space reservations are made online at https://preparco.avmspa.it (after registering in advance) at least 24 hours before the planned arrival.

- CLIENTS OF THE MUNICIPAL CASINO OF VENICE
For clients of the Municipal Casino of Venice - from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) - parking is guaranteed at the special discounted rate of € 10.00 (if the parking ticket is validated at the cashier's counter of the Casino).
Payment of the transit fee must be completed before collecting the vehicle by presenting the garage entry ticket to the parking payment office.
Request an invoice from the staff before payment.
PARKING SPACE SUBSCRIPTIONS
The allocation of standard subscription parking spaces is reserved for natural persons residing in the historic centre of Venice or on the islands and for corporate entities, associations, or commercial and craft businesses that have primary operational headquarters in Venice.
The allocation is based on a ranking list determined following a public competition called by the administration of the Municipality of Venice.
USER REGULATIONS
Use of and access to the A.V.M. S.p.A. City Parking Garage are subject to specific regulations that the Client implicitly accepts at the moment of withdrawing an entrance ticket.
In the case of subscriptions, the regulations for use and access are issued when the contract is signed with AVM SpA.

ATTENTION. It is forbidden to park vehicles powered by pressurised or natural gas fuels in hall -1, except for vehicles that are equipped with safety systems which are compliant with European regulation ECE/ONU 67/0 (the exact reference to this safety system on the vehicle registration certificate is mandatory), which may park in underground, public, private, closed or open garages in compliance with European regulations.
